What time should I arrive?

Strength and Endurance Training: 7:35-7:40 Class begins at 7:45 PM

Butts and Guts: 7:35-7:40 Class begins at 7:45 PM

Bootcamp-9:45-9:55 Class starts at 10:00 AM

 

What's the differences between the classes?

Bootcamp: Total Body Workout/Core/Circuit Training/Cardio/Resistance Training (Men & Women)

Strength and Endurance Training: Fitness Test & Tracking/Weight & Resistance Training/Obstacle Course/Plyometrics/Agility Training/Supplement and Meal Planning (Men & Women)

Butts and Guts: Lady Gang Party/Booty Building/Toning/Waist and Back Trimming/Cardio Dance (Women Only)

 

What forms of payment does Twin Fit accept?

Are there minimum age requirements to enter the event?

Men and Women 18+

 

What are my parking options?

Parking is free and close by.

 

What should I wear?

Athletic attire is suggested, changing rooms are not available at this time.  

 

What should I bring and are lockers available?

Bootcamp- water and a small towel, lockers are not available at this time.  Small items such as cellphones and keys can be secured for free at check-in.

Strength and Endurance & Butts and Guts- water, mat and a small towel.  Small items such as cellphones and keys can be brought in the studio with you.

 

Do I need to print anything?

No, printing is not required.
